A Turkish tablet with an unusually long ingredient list — around fourteen declared actives — which raises the most important question you can ask of any multi-ingredient product.

The long-list problem
Dr.Hammer declares L-arginine, taurine, ginseng, maca, ginkgo biloba, damiana, astragalus, B-group vitamins, vitamins C, D and E, zinc and further plant adaptogens, in a 30-tablet pack.
A tablet has a physical ceiling. Fourteen actives sharing roughly a gram of usable space means an average of tens of milligrams each — against the 1.8–3 g of ginseng extract used in the trials that found effects on erectile function, or the 3–6 g of arginine used in circulation research.
This is not a criticism specific to this product; it is arithmetic that applies to every long-list formula in the category. A short list at researched doses does more than a long list at token ones, and the long list is generally the better marketing.
Which entries carry authorised claims
The vitamins and minerals are the part of this formula on the firmest regulatory ground. Vitamin D contributes to normal muscle function and immune function; zinc to the maintenance of normal blood testosterone and to normal fertility and reproduction; B vitamins to normal energy-yielding metabolism and reduction of tiredness. These are authorised EU claims and they apply where intake is inadequate.
Damiana (Turnera diffusa) and astragalus are traditional-use botanicals with minimal controlled human data for male sexual function. Taurine is well studied in cardiovascular and exercise contexts but not for this indication.
Market and format
Dr.Hammer is sold in Turkey in 30-tablet packs at a promotional 899 TRY at the time of writing. It is a takviye edici gıda — a food supplement under Turkish regulation, not a medicine. Prices change without notice, and delivery terms are confirmed by the seller at the point of order.
A note on the product name and its marketing: any claim that a supplement produces anatomical change is not supported by evidence for any oral botanical formula, and this site does not repeat such claims.
The evidence behind each declared active
Presence on a label is not presence at a researched dose. Each profile states its evidence tier openly.
Frequently asked questions
Is a fourteen-ingredient formula better than a four-ingredient one?
Usually the opposite. A tablet has a fixed physical capacity, so more ingredients means less of each. A short list at researched doses does more than a long list at token amounts — the long list simply markets better.
Which parts of this formula have authorised EU-style claims?
The vitamins and minerals: vitamin D for muscle and immune function, zinc for maintenance of normal blood testosterone and for fertility, B vitamins for energy-yielding metabolism and reduction of tiredness. These apply where intake is inadequate.
What is damiana?
Turnera diffusa, a traditional Central American botanical with a long folk reputation as an aphrodisiac and very little controlled human evidence for male sexual function.
Can a supplement change anatomy?
No. No oral botanical formula has evidence for producing anatomical change, and this site does not repeat marketing that suggests otherwise.
Important
Dr.Hammer is a food supplement, not a medicine. Under EU Directive 2002/46/EC and equivalent regulation in other markets, supplements are regulated as food: they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and they do not replace a varied diet or a healthy lifestyle. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use, particularly if you take prescription medication or have a diagnosed condition.
